We will secure your date with a contract and retainer fee but will assign your specific DJ 30 days before your wedding.  The advantage for us and the benefit for you is it allows us flexibility in managing our calendar and bookings.  Some of our DJs are in high demand and get booked at a premium rate the further out. The TBD package allows us to meet all your needs and receive the same benefits while still championing for our talent to celebrate with you and your family and rock the dance floor.

Day of Coordination Package Includes:

  • Unlimited consultation, recommendations leading up to your big day and throughout the entire process
  • Resources to help you plan and keep your planning on track
  • Vendor Recommendations to build out the remainder of your team
  • Master timeline generation
  • Vendor relations & communications leading up to the big day starting at 30 days out
  • Décor setup supervision at both ceremony and reception
  • Ceremony development and overall event recommendations
  • Wedding rehearsals walk through Coordination in conjunction with the officiant
  • Onsite supervision day of event- Time TBD based on each couple’s needs. This includes:  Ensuring timeline is followed. Troubleshooting any last-minute emergencies that may arise during the event of Collaborating with all vendors to ensure every moment is executed. Your team will include the lead planner and one assistant on the day of.
